We believed the Prince/King was a bad guy. Someone who caused all this mess. Yet, even when we meet the Prince itself, we realised that they're no different from us. Someone who may have lost their light (the color change is now exaclty the same color as our cape when we lose our flame, and the stars from the column is gone), someone who was frustrated and down. Our skid may know this. But they hug the 'bad guy' anyway. Because they're just like us.

I think each sketch is just a different idea of what kind of stuff they should have and appearance
