So take that as you will I guess? Lol

Anyway y'all theorists I've got a question. I'm sure most of you have heard of the theory of the crying spirit that their friends all died in the cave and that the three rocks where the spirit cries are their graves, but personally I think that it's too much of a conjecture (conclusion without enough evidence).

Of course since TGC is intentionally vague, that's always a possibility though I do think there's maybe more to that if they died or not

@lethal stump I think otherwise because just cuz we don't see spirits interact with it, it doesn't mean it doenst exist. Cuz the memories seem specific to mining events

Plus there's the whole thing with the blue light

Eh: in enchantment memories around the ark, we see blue light of where draped and objects once were

So I assume if the entrance was blocked or if they wanted to bring attention to the fact the entrance was blocked, there might've been a big blue spirit rock just blocking the way I guess

Also, the two guys got pickaxes out of nowhere and ken guy suddenly got a lantern. So I assume they had to go out and get it from somewhere since they didn't have it in the first part of the cutscene

The only 'deaths' that I can be certain of asides from all spirits being already dead lol are the two guys who got crushed by rocks

Or at least they were very injured from that cuz... cmon lol

all we need to do now is find adjectives that describe the stuff

At which points are mantas different species and not just older ones
The smallest mantas, the babies by the bells, more resemble the gigantic sea manta, while the second smallest are monowings, slightly larger ones have tiny second set which get larger in large mantas, until you get giant ones like prairie (yet those make whaleish sounds)
Then you have the sea/Sanctuary mantas which have a ridge on their back and are less feathery appearing
I think I saw a diagram here basically putting double wings together; meaning the weird ridge ones with the normal looking ones

Oh, I realized the candle at the end credits (which is probably ours) actually flares up from time to time

just got reborn i can give an analysis on why the red candle is shown at the end of the credits.

1st layer:
yes, the red candle may be ours. it is a sign of whether we have light in us or not. and light is our source of energy, our life source. as we are getting reborn, our candle has been lit again. we have come back to life and light has come back to us.

2nd layer:
the piano that plays in the background shares a leitmotif with forest's river area BGM (waltzing in the rain, sky vol 1). forest is the first place where you can lose your light - the first time there is danger. but if you share light with your friends or the people around you, you'll gain back your light and make it through. the first point of connection with others (at least, in lighting them up) in sky is through the joining of red candles. as this leitmotif plays in the background, with the red candle on fire, it emphasises the connection we have with the people around us in our life, and in our future lives to come as skids. that although you come into the world alone, as long as you hold that red candle, that light, you will be able to connect to others and share light through the darkest times.

Our light is the results of all the lanterns, people and spirits we encounter who kept us warn. Being it put at the end of the ending sequence (after all the devs kept us warm too) IMHO is a metaphor of how even a single soul can have a micro(or MACRO)cosmos inside...
Our skykid's candle is his soul/heart, after all, tak a closer look next time to put away the candle (skykid puts the light back on the chest with the left hand)

I'm not sure if this tries to mimick Skyscrypt or any other kind of scripts/glyphes of the game/concept

@thin dirge Yes! I was referring to a piece by Tom Zhao. I read I theory about the GW where they thought there were two sides fighting: the side with the sun shields and the side with the diamond shields. They speculated that the elder might have been representing both sides, since it had a sun shield and a diamond spear. I thought the orange and blue eye could represent the "organic" light and the "artificial" light from the power diamonds
