The elders and ancestors might not know it was sabotage... or might not have been meant to know. After all, the world ending because you screwed up would be more psychologically damaging than the world ending because someone else wanted it to. If megan sabotaged it to play mind games, why not go for guilt points?

(No option to do so), then latet "You are vulnerable. I am her tool. Do not be used." And finally, as the end is surely coming for your kid: "You do not deserve this." as the prince sort of ejects from your candle hole to take a hit for you, leaving only a darkened capeless standing against Megan. A darkened capeless... Who finally remembers what they are.

Sky kids aren't fighters. They're frienders. They called on friends who are now in need. Their friends are burdened by light. Skykids can contain light. And that's what you do. You call to your friends again, this time with an offer. What you asked of them before, you do for them now.

And you get a prompt, written in dark. "Give them a home."

Megan can be hugged. You absorb Megan's light and burn out.

You wake up at home, free to replay the game, but the cutscenes are different. Daleth is guiding you as you use his staff. You create Ayin's butterfly, which lands on his nose. Teth is no longer snatching the light, but rather summoning the hammer as you stand on the candle box behind the anvil. You're pitching the light at Samekh rather than having it taken. Tsadi is waiting for you when you show up and screws up your hair, happier than you've seen them. When you get to the vault cutscene, you are alongside the elders, taking a bow. And in everycutscene, you and the elder(s) are not alone.

Megan herself was sealed in the timespace prison alongside you, your friends, and all those who sacrificed themselves to help you. And yet somehow... It seems you are all finally free.

I finally understood what are the 3 glowing stones for the sad weeping miner Spirit (the one you find the center of that mining cave)

They are cheap miner's tombstone. If you relive that today, slowly, at each step some miner dies... The saddest (and sorry the only one snapshot I cant get) is when the Weeping Miner's loved one dies too

People always rush through it & the camera of the cutscene changes and zoom to the memory loved one. Sitted together, so It's hard to get a snap of Her above the 3 cheap tombstones

Also... Still not sure why the loved one is covered with the dark plant... Maybe her loss was.. so deep that the darkness tainted that close and warm memory of her

Or maybe it's the darkness itself that killed him

@boreal nebula I personally don't think the archive symbols were numbers because there's no reason for ancients to put the same numbers on multiple cubes (btw the two of the four vault archive symbols look the same when turned upside down). But some other runes in game could be numbers and it's highly possible that they didn't use decimal system

-after watching them for a while, they seem to resemble bulls maybe? They turn red and get ready to charge, then they charge fast and straight, and maybe get stunned
-in general their walk pattern is circles. They walk circles left, then right randomly. And when they are turning they usually speed up, like they are drifting or something.
-sometikes they just stop and hide under their shell thing? Like a turtle
-when they are upside down their front legs run circles, like they are trying to swim forward, and back legs go back and forth in an almost straight line
-when they are flipped upside down, they help eachother back up
-their legs move kind of roboticly, but their actual walkpath is very random

one of them is the antithesis of another.
just like matter and antimatter in physics , when they get close, they will extinguish themselves and vanish

when light and darkness get close, there must be very strong fight or actions

Krill’s power is stronger than that manta, so the manta vanishes but krill not

I think the darkness plants grow in the presence of oil, or correlated with oil to some extent, their core shows thin film interference

The leafs also show thin film interference when intense light is near

They absorb oil to an extent

What happened in Vault that was so terrible? The battlefield is an oft talked about area, and wasteland has a warrior for an elder. We all get the gist that there was a battle at hand. However, what if the battle was really a side skirmish and a distraction so that Vault could be raided for its knowledge?

What if Alef/Resh, desperately seeking a way to rid himself of his ever growing darkstone crown, swept into Vault while forces were otherwise occupied to seize forbidden darkstone knowledge? Vault scholars fleeing, he fought against the elder in rage as Lamed tried to stop him, cracking her mask. He wanted to be free, but the darkstone still fueled his corruption, and the end of Vault we see the destruction for what it truly is- no facades or memories to cover up the darkness that has brought low the once-sacred library.
