Alright so this is really enigmatic, the message left by the narrator implicitly says "Bring our lost stars home." but says "the stars" on all other lines, if this is a meta narrative and the narrator is one of the stars, why would the narrator claim possession on the last line, it is inconsistent. The fact "our light was infinite" was used, our and their mean the same thing under the context that the narrator was an elder.

There is a huge gap in time between line 1 and 2, and line 3 and 4, it leaves our light was infinite very vague, my main backend is based on that darkness is the absence of light, hence how could darkness come if light was infinite. It would only make sense in the context that ours is not equivalent theirs.

@hushed steeple I think the event described in the line "If only they had listened" is a different one from the one that caused them to fall. It is a rather accepted theory arround here that this line actualy refers to the creation of the big diamond you see in Eden, at the Eye of the storm.

can confirm, there's a wind wall that stops you from getting right up next to the diamond, even if you teleport back to the area after you hug the glowing child

it might be possible to see past it from above though
i just remembered boon mentioning that the rocks make the piggyback spiral impractical compared to the piggyback rocket there, but i think there's also a sort of safe spot where the rocks don't hit right at the beginning when you spawn in
so if you used that spot to spiral or rocket up high, and then just kept that height with periodic spirals to refresh yourself, you might be able to get some high angles even towards the end unless the rocks actually reach that high

There's no way to get close to the diamond because of the wind wall that is true, I went to upgrade as much as I could and went there and tried to get to the end, eventually something sometimes faces you the opposite way and lots of rocks begin to hit you nonstop

@tender dune I didn't but I certainly can get pictures of the boat that takes you to the ark. The paint looks white/yellow but if you use the glow spell it turns red.

The spears found in the sand are also barbed for lack of a better term. They'd be hard to pull out of something if impaled. Elders spear that he wields in the cutscene isn't barbed.

Nothing solid just a thought. We have tons of krill hanging around GW. If thats their go to spot to hang out, why did they decide to build a temple and a fortress there? Wouldn't it be impossible to get anything done because of impending krill attacks? It all seems futile if everything you're doing in the area is in danger from krill.

Test on sanctuary crabs:
• crabs will help unflip the flipped crab, doesn't matter if the crab is peaceful type or not
• crabs dont care that a peaceful crab is among them
• peaceful crab is smaller and faster in size
• both crab types turn red at the firepit
• (not sure if lighting or not - hoping devs would help answer that 
) crabs are white inside caves and turn grey/black outside cave
• peaceful crab didn't get hurt by the candle bundle - must test again
• you can't yeet crabs in geysers
• crab falls when placed on jellyfish
• wanted to place the peaceful crab on a dark plant but none was available
• you can warp with crabs
