if you're going for the maximum amount of winged light, I would aim for over 100

you need a minimum of 63 to get all 63 statues, but having a large pad of winged light that you can lose to the rocks will be helpful

I suppose something you could try is to enter stormlock to see if there’re statues near the start; if they’re gone, then return home, have a friend teleport to you and drag into the eden gate entrance to break out of stormlock while keeping your winged light — but be warned I’ve never tested to see if this idea would work

Yes wing buffs are given by shepherding light through eden and saving the statues at the end. Each statue is 1/4 ascended candle. You use ascended candles to buy wing buffs, which you can only get back (if lost from krilling) by going through eden again. Winged lights get lost first though, so you really don't have to worry about losing them.

When going through Eden with a friend of you lose a piece of light to a Krill can they pick it up or does the home glitch work against the krill in Eden?

I.E. I have 44 wing buffs each rebirth. That is my new zero pretty much until 8 have to go through eden to get them back.

Home glitch works, but with the wind, rocks and red crystals, it's advised against.

You also get your flame yeeted from you still when using home glitch in eden

They can pick up lost stars. It is advised in case one of you gets hit by a rock or the leader smacks the person being held against a red crystal, you can recharge each other without trying to find a nearby lit brazier

Obviously one needs to have flame for that to work

If you go to your constellation table, there will be these things called wing buffs that block a lot of the spirits's tree from showing. By buying those buffs with the ascended candles you earned in eden, you get a wl in orbit which levels up your cape (so you are reborn with a stronger cape)

Eh, if they're going past the point of no return, they'll lose them anyway. That's my mentality. I only feel bad if they lose stars outside Eden or not going past pnr.

Just remember, once you get enough wing buffs, "it's just stars." I can get krilled at least 5 times without worry of losing my 10th wedge now and even then, 10 is a little excessive unless you like zooming through the zones, which can be fun sometimes but it is better to slow down and enjoy the art tgc made for us. taking realms slowly only needs a max of 7 wedges if you have a battery to go with.

Actually I didn't care about the 10th wedge much, it was just I worry I won't have enough stars to collect all statues after next reset (which I should cool myself down and realize I can get every thing with only exact 100)
And yeah, I also agreed that you can enjoy every thing with even 6-7 wedges. (I recently went to put down my wedge to 5 and still able to do full CR alone anyway lol)

Just set proper expectations beforehand. I always do. Once in eden, if we server split, good luck getting back to me. Rocks can and will most likely hit you, try and get back to me. Make sure they know how to attach themselves to you so you don't have to wait and offer hand. And most of all, let them know, once you enter eden, you "might lose a lot of stars, don't get mad at me please"

Because if they finish eden, they definitely will lose a lot of stars
