After i died, i became a spirit and followed after an alive player (they weren't my friends), then after they died my spirit kept on following other player's. Then the screen fades to white and the cut scene where i have no more light and just walks around waiting for death repeats. Then i become a spirit, follow around, then the cutscene again. This happened about 6 times now and i cant progress. There are about 5 other players that seem to go through the same issue as i am. Im still in eden rn. I dont know what to do

the total amount of AC you can get in a month is 15.75*4=63, and it costs 75 AC to ascend all spirits. so it'll take a bit more than a month to ascend them if you get the max. amount of AC each week.

Sometimes they can disappear due to leaving (nervous or suddenly busy outside Sky, etc), or they can seem like they disappeared due to server splits (though I’m unsure if server splits happen in eden though, in contrast to other zones).

I’ve lost count of the number of times where I’m playing alongside someone else, and then a server split splitted us into different instances of the same area (until we got together moments later through home->port to friend).

There's a bug where sometimes you get stuck in a loop of it playing the death cutscene over and over, usually the only way to get out of it is to restart the game and return shrine back, but that will put you in a different server instance so you won't be with your friends anymore (or whoever you went to Eden with)

Yeah, turning into the blue light while waiting for others to finish dying is normal, the bug is that sometimes people just get stuck and it never moves you on to the ascension part (even if your friends move on). You just get stuck in the cutscene looping endlessly

Where did you guys purchased them and also, is it permanent? Meaning once you rebirth every eye eden mission, will you get all the wing buffs you purchased?

Definitely report this issue in #report-a-live-bug so the devs can start working on a fix for it. The crashes are noted in #known-issues as a problem, but it never hurts for the devs to know which devices and systems are affected the worst
