Best thing to do is find a weekly group of friends. I have one and we go 1 hour after reset in two groups of two as three or more can cause someone to get hit by rocks if you don't position right.

We only had one time where we server split

server splits are definitely more common if there's a large difference in winged light, but it's definitely still possible to stay together

you have to make sure you stay in constant communication

Once through the tunnel (travel by the sides, the water drains your light), you will see a path leading to a staircase with a rock to the right. Press close to the left of the rock. The krill’s blind spot is to the LEFT of the rock, NOT directly behind it.
Once the krill is past, go up the staircase and travel along the metal beam (don’t touch the red crystal). Directly after the metal beam there should be a piece of beam jutting out on top, the alcove it creates is your next blind spot. Stay in the alcove and the krill will pass over you.
When the krill passes, keep going onwards and go around the large pipe. There is a krill that flies between the two pipes, so you might want to wait for it to pass. Between the two large pipes is a series of metal beams. Keep going on and right and you should reach a hollow pipe, which leads to a crab pit.

Do not use the emote trick if someone else is in the same spot. The krill attack is an aoe, it hits everyone in the circle.... But otherwise 'play dead' works well. Just spam the heck out of it

I just tried it with a friend today, is it just me or is it HARDER!? I was able to solo it before, but now it kicked my butt super hard!

when you hear the ambient sound start changing (that eerie howling in the wind), you're getting close to where the point of no return pop-up is going to appear -- grab the last winged light you can see and return home at that point

So does anyone have tips on flying the first part in eden?? Anytime I try do it, following a guide, the wind just rockets me to off the map, regardless of me holding down the flight button. going in to actual glide mode also just makes me tank downwards instantly even if I am constantly pushing up on the left control... I have 9 flaps so I don't think that is an issue

I don't fly there, I find it easier and less time consuming to just do that part normally. The only part I skip is the tower bit where I fly to the cliff and go through the tube

I took a uber in eden a while ago, I only noticed that the uber didn't do any tricky maneuvers to fly to the top temple

the uber just flew up from the stairs after entering the huge door, up to the ledge of temple entrance and didn't seem to be affected by wind at all

so you have to find the little outcropping I’m sure you’ve seen in video tutorials, flap once to get off, switch to glide and head towards the direction the rocks are coming from

after about 6-7 wingflaps you'll kinda be steered towards the top platform by the wind and you’ll be able to land on your 8th or 9th flap

it can be done with just six flaps, but I’ve only been able to replicate it a few times lol

I'm currently in eden practicing the last part with the one krill and the rocks. I haven't lost any wl's, but i have always been close to being attacked by da krill. I would also try to be on the same internet connection via WiFi. that way your ping times are similar to help prevent server splits.

Usually server splits happen for load balancing and normal networking rules would clump people with the same latency together (don't know if TGC does that though)

believe me.. that 1 candle that you miss in eden can play a role

i was able to unlock so many buffs quickly and buy all buffs from travel spirits and even had some leftover candles very quickly after i started playing for unlocking warp with people

now i can warp to sook many friends which means endless possibilities for oob and running different things in weird ways etc

so... dont leave statues unlit... eden is nothing special, and wl are not something you must protect at all cost and never ever go to eden except once a week

I would suggest referencing the statue map pinned in this channel if this isn't your first time. Helps you get them all. Take your time if you have the spare time. There is no rush, you can stand by the candlelight until you're ready to make the move to the next

you have to find all stars again but all elders and emotes are with you, and as you repeat eden you get to start with more stars

last time i completed i started with 4 notches

and by the end of prearie i have my 5th notch

trying to communicate with emotes is a bit tricky, especially if you're missing some of the really useful ones from previous seasons (e.g. shrug to show confusion, and nodding to actually affirm to something)

Take it slow, you'll get nowhere if you rush

If you get spotted by a krill, it's generally better to use the emote spam trick so that you don't get knocked back into a dangerous area

Friend taught me something neat that I never realized: In Eden you can go pretty far in, even into the area where the hail just never stops. I always thought that over there was the edge of the lvl and you couldn't go any further, but theres STATUES in there!

So I got to save waaaaay more kids! Yay!

Going to the very end at the wind wall before the big crystal is so satisfying after you've saved the statues along the way

@wet sequoia same! That happened to me the first time I went through Eden. My parents kept asking me for help with smthn throughout and I missed the ending chunks 😔

@hardy arrow I’ve tried looking on YouTube but I haven’t found anything that really talked much about it. They mostly just say try to give as many lives as you can and that there are individual statues and clusters of statues so aim for the clusters

Welp tbh this shortcut is more difficult than the others. You need to know where is the wind going or how strong is the wind. And this is not just a technique, it’s also speed. You need to be more faster or you’ll get to the ground. @lean bison

the candles you get are fixed you can max save 63 children in eden

loosing stars only matter if you are one of the next feather

loosing 2 stars would be a pain if you had 151

having to look all over just for one star
