As with all other winged lights, you can only collect them once before going to Eden and donating them to the statues. Once you’re reborn, they’ll go back to where they were for you to collect them again.

@outer oyster still be at the start. Statues you’ve lit up (which in your scenario, is up to 33) aren’t there anymore though so you’ll be free to basically just rush towards the stormlock.
