i either find music sheets for instruments like piano ( and i doubt that those would sound good on saxophone),or stuff that are too fast for me (i''m just a beginner ;-;). Now i found a music sheet for irl saxophone and i tried to understand what notes to click in sky but i'm not sure if i'm doing it correctly

i think it depends for every kingdom in sky bc every different realm has a keysignature of its own (aka they play different notes that do sound like the same but yeah) tbh its harder to translate music from music sheet and most covers seem to be done by ear

also idk if theres an official sheet to translate all the keys into music notes but if you know what flats and sharps in music sheets then you wont need them for sky bc they dont ever have them, idk if anybody else knows how to convert like music sheet to sky sheets but yeah

Tip:
It's actually really easy to record videos on the camera. Simply press the button in the bottom right usually used for recording videos, then enter the camera. The recording removes all the UI so it looks like a video taken from the camera!

There's a way to adjust the tempo of the music sheets, just lower the adjuster and you can start playing them slow ^^ helps familiarize yourself with the keys (do note when you change the speed, there is no bgm when you play music sheets) and once you're more comfortable, speed it up a little until wham- you can play in its original tempo

I think this is where I should post this, though I’m not entirely sure.
On one hand I’m playing music, on the other hand it’s intent is for something else entirely.
Either way, I might be taking this whole thing too far!!!
And the thing in question is forcing spirits to play the songs I pick!!!

It started during days of bloom, and then I discovered I could do it with the visiting spirits from days of music, and now I’ve made a good majority of the TGC staff play an AURORA song!!!

The next step after this one is to get a whole lot more spirits to play an AURORA song.
And I’ll keep increasing the amount till I get EVERY spirit(at least those with instruments)to play an AURORA song at the same time!!!!!!!!!

Key changes usually happen due to the background music in an area changing key - if you set music volume to 0 in settings, this will usually prevent key changes from occurring.

Exceptions to this that I have found are areas with sequencers (moving in range force shifts background key to synthesizer key), and some event areas when they come (ex: bloom butterfly fields). There may be more exceptions to this rule, as I haven't tested in all maps.

Sky Music Nightly can be used for practice but only for the songs you or others have composed in the website. What I like to do is find a tutorial video on youtube and use it to help me practice, a lot of people have uploaded helpful follow-a-longs for beginners!
