Something to say to all the fellow newcomers to beta. Many people expected it to only be early access to new features, almost as polished as live, when it is, in fact, only the test version. Please understand that beta is for testing bugs and that if you have it, you should help with the development of the game. Catching bugs is easy and fun, so let’s join the other beta testers! Sky is running well, maybe it’s your connection. Try configuring that and see what happens. If that doesn’t help then maybe try refreshing the app.
Another thing you can do is save your account, delete the app, download it again and repeat all these steps.

Another thing, any opinions towards the new season could be sent to #beta-feedback for the developers to read. A reminder that what shows up in Beta doesn't necessarily mean it's the final product to be released in Live. Your feedbacks could help TGC make these changes.

Well to add an overall statement: apart from being somewhat speparated from the route cosmetics took so far, they also seem not to be coherent to each other and form the unity that was there in enchantment for example. @fervent isle there are many ppl who cant download the app yet. It has been announced recently that they are working to fix the problem. if it writes u are a tester, then u are, u ll be able to download it soon

I can’t see any of the spirits once I light them. The mission spirit that is meant to greet you just froze me. And I “bought” the pass and when I logged off part way through collecting the spirits and logged back on it converted all of my seasonal candles to regular candles. It sucks cause now when I try and look at the spirits in the constellation it won’t let me either. Anyone else getting this? Also I can’t seem to report these bugs so I came here. Sorry. I know it’s the wrong place.

- the spirits didn’t appear for me in the opening cutscene either
- the store for the seasonal pass is empty as well
- when i tap the guide/quest master in the sanctuary, they wave but they don’t show me what to do or anything
so many bugs to report but the bot is being so quiet 😔
