If you're getting the Item Not Found message, make sure the Google Play app itself is up to date. if it is up to date, try clearing the Google Play cache and restarting your phone by turning it completely off and back on.
If you have multiple Google accounts try toggling between them and make sure you're viewing from the Google Play account that was accepted into the Beta.
If none of the above works, there’s some other troubleshooting steps pinned in #beta-discussion-android you can try. It's a known issue for many games in the Play store, not just Sky.

the "free cape" you can get is the founder's cape, the same one you can get in the live version using real money. Since IAPs are free in the beta, you can get it for free in the beta version, and that's it. You won't get any rewards on your live account

"Limited live" or softlaunch is basically the game being released in only a few regions, for testing. So that's just the version of the game that was available in those places, and now it's exactly the same as the global version

If you want to check if you're a tester or not, on android just click the link in #beta-signup-info again and it should tell you if you are a tester. on iOS, it will just show up on Testflight if you're a tester

@shrewd gust This also happened to my sister, but the exact same invite link I sent her via a message app worked. So I think the walkaround is to copy paste the invite link to elsewhere (like a note app) in your iOS device and open the link from there.

The invites were open for about an hour I believe, but this isn't an indication the next waves will be the same. Google had a brief issue in the beginning that was briefly solved. The only thing you can do to prepare is make sure you have the beta invites role to get a ping and just wait! If you're on iOS, download testflight beforehand to save some extra time

If you are sure you are a tester (it says so when you enter that page on google), Google might have been having a hard time to recognize you as one. As long as the page says you are a tester, just wait and check back later and see if you can download the game

If it's impacting you, report it, even if other people have. Your bug report will contain essential info such as your device specifications that could be very important on fixing those bugs

TGC has stated that they’re releasing invites in waves to properly accommodate for players who are in different time zones. It’s an incredibly considerate and fair gesture. If you are staying up late/delaying homework/work, please put your IRL stuff at priority over getting a beta-invite.

Heads up for IOS users. First, download the TestFlight app on your iOS device. Once it’s fully downloaded, just leave it there. Once the next waves come, open up safari and copy the link into the search bar. Once you search it, there should be a message on top of your search, saying “TestFlight app” and a blue highlighted OPEN. If you click on it, it’ll successfully send you to the TestFlight app and you just need to follow the next steps! Be quick and be ready! Good luck to you all

If you're getting the Item Not Found message, make sure the Google Play app itself is up to date. if it is up to date, try clearing the Google Play cache and restarting your phone by turning it completely off and back on.
If you have multiple Google accounts try toggling between them and make sure you're viewing from the Google Play account that was accepted into the Beta.
If none of the above works, there’s some other troubleshooting steps pinned in #beta-discussion-android you can try. It's a known issue for many games in the Play store, not just Sky.
