Usually there are build notes in testflight whenever a new one goes out, also patch notes in the Support menu in-game, or listed in #beta-announcements. depending on how much is added/changes will dictate how detailed the notes are. Sometimes we do rapid builds and we don't have the time to flesh out all the details.
