Hey all, I just wanted to provide some clarification about the season: We have not announced how long the season will last yet. We always design the cost of items in the season around how many candles can be earned during each season so there is a buffer between maximum amount possible earned and total needed to unlock all cosmetics, we don't want people to feel pressure/stress around collecting every single candle every day just to complete the season.

It’s not the all the spirits weren’t added it’s that one of the spirits was bugged and it took the devs a little while to fix it. With what’s going on in current beta, it seems like that’s unlikely to happen again.

When Winter ran for the first time in beta the idea was to release a new spirit for every week. However, that proved unsuccessful, mostly because TGC accidentally released all of them on the first day and people ran with it. Then they removed some of the spirits and it all got a little messy. But since it was in beta, it was ok.

That’s really interesting! Turned into a happy mistake. I like they are all there.
Do note, when we started the testing, the isle seasonal only needed one other seasonal spirit to open the gate, now it needs 5 I think. It’s now the last one available. Not sure when that changed, it was only my friend noticed when I told him where to get it so he went and couldn’t unlock the gate since he didn’t have all the other seasonal spirits yet.

Good morning! A quick question about spells, what do they do?

Most of them have a timeout, so they last 5 minutes or 15 minutes or however long. You can get a chat table spell, a glow spell (which makes you shine brighter than the sun for no helpful reason that I can see), anti gravity which helps you fly higher, fast recharge, shrinking spell (just for fun), um... oh and since this is beta, a resize potion which makes you bigger or smaller (this one is permanent).

I actually really like that the masks are more subtle this time around Winter and Gratitude masks all had very large and flashy styles, and they look fine if you wear them with other items from the same season, but even then I found them really large and jarring compared to the other stuff. Like, I wouldn’t go around wearing the dragon or demon masks as part of my regular play. The Lightseekeer masks go well with everything.

Good deed of the day. Been totally alone through the whole of isle, prairie, and all the way up to the last section of forest. Poor kid fell off the jellies, lost his light and was shouting for help. Jumped down to him, caught the star he lost for him, lit him up and friended to fly him back up to the jellies (he had 4 wedges) and safely into temple.
It’s such a ghost land in there. It so rare to run into another player and often the ones you do run into are afk.

Hey guys, I’m sure I’m not the first one to say this, but I just wanted to chime in and express my disappointment if the table will actually be nerfed in the live version.
I understand the potential for grieving, but the transportation with the table and the resulting hunt for glitches is one of the few fun endgame activities.
I love the sound design and relaxed atmosphere of the game, but after a while the content is starting te become boring. The glitch hunting is one of the few things to mix things up, and keep endgame players engaged. I have several friends that expect to stop playing if the nerfed table finds its way into the life version of the game 😦

You can still OOB hunt with table though even with the change! The only new difference is you cant move yourself while on the table
From a personal experience, most of my OOB finding was done with moving my friends. Such as moving them past a wall and then having them offer a hand and pull me through, or warping to them once they're OOB. Not by moving myself or doing any solo exploration!
It's still very much doable and exploration can still happen even with the change
I think the major difference now is just youll need some friends to come along to help out. And discovering new places is better together anyways!

I thought I could finally fly all the way up to the top of the temple without harm. I got to about halfway up on a ledge, then as I tried to catch the bird stream to recharge the screen went white and reposited me at the end of the bridge AND THE RAIN IS BACK!

I really don't think 60 seconds is enough to make a detailed bug report. That was really irritating tbh hahaha. Especially when we have users who don't speak english as a first language.. I imagine its going to take more than 1 minute to make a report. Maybe give people 3 minutes at least?
Also, when I sent the bot the report within the allotted time, it still said I didnt respond and it canceled the report.
