the worms move in periodic circles. You can't see the circles, but you can patiently wait for them to come back around

I think a good strategy is to wait at a checkpoint for an ashworm to appear, and then move to the next candle immediately after the ashworm has passed. But you have to be careful. Sometimes you need to go go go, sometimes you need patience

Bring at least 1 friend and always put your candle out that way you always have source of lights and can just walk without the need to light up the candles. But the candles are crucial in order to tell you where is the pathway.

the biggest advice I would give is be patient and don't be afraid of death

I recommend 2 player go together. Of u got 4 then split up.. The pathways is small and the worms will easily get to you guys..

I turn the volume oof ;_; so it’s be less scary

Be patient. If u die, remember the pathway and always wait for the worm to pass 1st then you walk. I got it in 1st try.

But...
You'll need to max brightness and make sure your surroundings are dark. You'll notice a slightly less black fog that's the smoke.
