The problem is not not saving. It’s the fact that if you fall and land in a spot from earlier, your new save point becomes the closest lantern to your fall place. It’s maddening!

So after finishing the air trial with my friend before in about 8 minutes and we loved it: the players here told me to try it out by myself and feel their pain. Just did it by myself. Took a tiny bit longer, about 4 songs. But I mean yea, still like the trial and still think it’s not that hard. Sorry people that struggle with the trial SkyShrug

@frank condor - ||Not a crazy idea if you REALLY want to max out your daily grind. Doing Eden every day would be a little time consuming, but it wouldn't take all that much extra time to work in getting your WL back during candle runs. Don't think I'm gonna, personally. I've saved 49 candles, 10 hearts |plus 3 ascended candles so I think I should probably be able to get the cape if I keep up my usual candle runs over the next 3 days, even if I won't be able to get everything. Although, since I'm done with my CRs today, maybe running through Eden before bed isn't a bad idea. I'm sure I could get a couple more ascended candles as well.||

Through a ton of trial and error, I did find that there’s a way to bypass the two wind currents that try to push you away from the final platform after using the first air.. candle..platform thingy. Go as far forward as you can before making a sharp right for the end. I think you’ll at least see/get a feel for where the currents are by doing that.

Im a little fuzzy on the details, it was indeed 1am when I found this little trick, and after completing it I never returned to the trial

I second what @tepid falcon suggested. I've completed the trial 3 times. The first, I decided to try the shortcut to the statue platform and actually ended up getting blown straight to the final platform. The second, I made it to the statue platform by aiming right and making a hard right turn past the wind currents. The third time I finally made the triple jump (kinda).

So I have already completed entirely this spririt during a previous season, yet I have to pay 2 Eden candles to unlock the rest of the tree. Once I do the tree unlocks but I already bought everything. Why did I have to pay 2 eden candles ||and will I get one extra wing buff next time I finish Eden|| or have I just lost 2 candles ?

You can't get wing buff from spirits during the season, only when they come as ts, so no it's not a bug, it'll give 1 permanent wing buff

they fixed the auto flight thing for air trial, so that relieves a bit of stress
As for the other trials, water is possibly easiest, just watch for timing, same goes with earth

And if they don't like the trials, they technically don't have to go through them, it isn't necessary

But if they do want to go through it, just remember to take breaks and relax before going through it again or the stress will continuously build up
