No, the only way to get to Sanctuary is through Bird's Nest. And the only way to get back to Prairie is to go back through the area in the clouds, or go home and then go through the Prairie portal

Is the meditation spot for today’s quest in the room before really high starry area?

My tips for guiding the TS are to tap the left “direction” control button as much as you can and gently use “jumó” for higher steps. I learned the hard way and only used jump. I kept over shooting my aim and falling. Just now realized I could use direction button for hops and skips. 😅
