The quests themselves are independent of the season though, and quests for finding them were added to the daily quest rotation to give us something else to do other than the same few quests all the time

There are two locations for the red light. The first location is in the Forgotten Ark beyond the ark itself. The second is in the Shipwreck area of Golden Wasteland. Both locations are active for the quest, so you can just collect from one location. @fiery latch

Hami Meyy: it's a bug time to report, it occurs very rarely and is barely noticeable, people attribute it to the fact that they might have missed a candle but it's indeed a bug. If you're sure that the previous day you had a completely filled up gauge and that you have double checked all 4 candles at the realm and didnt get the red dot then it's time to report it as a bug.

Green Light: located in the Birds Nest area of Daylight Prairie. The Birds Nest is the area to the right of the Butterfly Fields (the first area of Prairie with the large spherical rock structure) behind a constellation gate (the area with the floating islands). You may need to wait a few minutes for the manta the light is on to drop the light and/or get into range so you can fly to the light

There are two locations for the red light.
The first location is in the Forgotten Ark beyond the ark itself.
The second is in the Shipwreck area of Golden Wasteland.
Both locations are active for the quest, so you can just collect from one location.

you can get to shipwreck from graveyard, there are two entrances, you can look at the wiki if you like, and ark is from the first area after the whirlpool in wasteland, fly to the right to the small dock with the boat

at the start of wasteland after the whirlwinds you need to keep flying right until you see a dock with a boat and it will take you to Arc. when you’re going forwards normally in Wasteland and get to that sand slide there is a path on the right that goes up that leads to the shipwreck
