Hey Zumi, the new area is supposed to be locked off till 13 July, so your friend shouldnt be in there. It was supposed to be disabled in Live, so whatever means she used to get there was a big nono and should not be discussed on this server. Hope that helps stickerHeart

Party Popper spirit is located in Prairie right after the cloud tunnel, on the top of the rock cave of the butterfly catcher ( ). You have to gather fragments to relive the spirit’s memories. It sells a hair with a big bow on top, as well as a red cape with golden lining. There are four levels of confetti. Prices will be included later.

Party Popper spirit is located in Prairie right after the cloud tunnel, on the top of the rock cave of the butterfly catcher ( ). You have to gather fragments to relive the spirit’s memories. It sells a hair with a big bow on top, as well as a red cape with golden lining. There are four levels of confetti. Prices will be included later.

you can actually go for Lv3 without going for Lv2, which works out to be cheaper in hearts -- it just requires two ascended candles as well

Lv2 had a bit more colour variation from memory though, i think all the particles on Lv3 fade to red...let me double check

yeah, Lv2 fades into red/blue after the initial yellow/green burst

Lv3 fades into orange/red, but has a bit more of a whizzing sound effect to it
