Something’s going on, the only explanation I have is either you had a leftover quarter or a bug allowed you to collect a seasonal candle’s wax twice, it’s registered my seasonal candles normally for me.

You just need to stand next to some one who's lost all their wedges, but there's a couple of ways your can achieve this:

just have a friend use all their wedges and land next to you
wait for a friend to login while you stand on the constellation stone
walk through a door way at the same time as anyone you've lit (can be a friend or acquaintance )

to my knowledge, the special mask (3 eye) has never been unlockable in the global version. it was available for a special event in the Chinese servers, but those are completely seperate from global, managed by an entirely different company.

Mmm you could try popping home and back to try get into a server where the dark plant steps there aren't burnt yet, which makes the quest much more doable. You could also try place a table against that wall for leverage and see if that works out

Some people are able to get it up there by flying slowly but it's a lil difficult

I’m not exactly sure how a bird’s eye view would work for the Vault’s seasonal candle locations, particularly because of the candles being in different areas. I’m a tad bit stuck here, and I don’t think I can post the seasonal candle locations without butchering them into this Frankenstein’s monster of a post. Do you guys have any suggestions on what I could do?

Hi Mika! You don't need to go through Eden to get the Seasonal gifts. To get the ultimate gifts, you need to get seasonal hearts from the seasonal spirits and trade them for the ultimate items. And yes, they're permanent once you obtain them TGCBlueHeart
