If you have some kinesiology tape at home or have money to buy it then I think it can be worth trying since it doesn't compress your chest and you can wear it even for days
Only thing to keep in mind is to tape it well so it's not stretching your skin too much
(tho I myself tried like 3-4 times and got it right just once 😭 I have a medium chest tho so maybe it will be easier for you)

If you ever get seaweed again you can make a type of onigiri that is salmon flakes and RICE mixed together and rolled in a mix of crumbled seaweed and black sesame seeds. I just remembered that exists
