Odd. Are you using mobile or on a controller? When it says “full experience with sound” it mostly means that the music is a quite mellow, soft, and emotional piece. It’s meant to invoke emotion! While the app itself does not have haptics for the music, I think there may be videos on YouTube of the soundtrack? I wish I knew more regarding this
