glassdoor is extremely unreliable and has been known for about half a decade or so that most of the reviews there are often alt accounts and made up
i understand disliking a company for it being a company but whenevr I hear these accusations it's better to have a reliable source because it will not be helping anyone to make up stuff

The way a company behaves is very telling of what the CEO focuses on. And we can kinda gather what chen is like based on the rush events, the constant need for new seasons or events with 0 downtime to relax, and the constant bugs with any release because it doesn't always get fully tested before release (example, days of summer. Every. Dang. Year.)
