i got the same relationship with acnh as i do with sky. i play too much to the point of massive burnout and then leave it untouched for a year or so at a time 💔

to put it into perspective i guess, my ocd will give me intrusive thought after intrusive thought after intrusive thought and it's very distressing. these can range anywhere from vivid visions to sentences to single words. it's often very upsetting and my compulsions are the only thing that give me temporary relief. they aren't some quirk or cute little trait, they've literally ruined my life 💔

I don't have ocd I'm 100% sure but I still deal with intrusive thoughts and those can turn into delusions and hallucinations for me it sucks so bad but then I remember I'm cool and have a lot of money as a distraction
