I honestly see that a lot of the travelling spirits are from between dreams and gratitude, and that doesn't really give the newer spirits-seasons a chance to shine. My proposal was designating every season between dreams and gratitude as legacy seasons and implementing them permanently, following regular TS pricing. What TGC will consider to be "legacy" season will be updated over time to include seasons that came after dreams, and the newer seasons-spirits will continue to arrive at random

Not for this Season. For this Season, if you didn't get the pass then you'd be able to get all ultimate rewards on the very last day. With the pass it adds a total of 30 candles along with 1 extra a day, so that's 107 more. So it would be more plausible but not in thirty days, sadly.

Oh, of you skip on the cosmetics its... Possible? Half an hour a day you can spend with one spirit is 30 half an hours, so fifteen hours in total. I believe it takes about five hours to fully ascend a spirit so with all dailies and constantly spending time with the spirits you don't use candles on, it might be possible without buying any IAPs except for the pass, especially with the extra 60 you'd get from buying the pass and getting a candle a day.
