Day #3 - Nest. It's also a day that marks "birth" of my skykid and that wouldn't happen if my mom wouldn't introduce me to Sky. So I decided to draw my and my mom's skykids having a little birthday party at my nest. Also my first drawing with some serious lighting and shadows!

Made another manta out of beads! I used a bigger size of beads(compared with other first manta) and i found these pretty golden ones and they work SO well!!!

These days I was imagining this crossover, although in Hollow Knight light is the enemy instead of darkness.

To suit Sky, Hollow Knight's infection colors have been changed to similar colors such as the dragons' eye, or dark plants, in blue. Although it may not have turned out as well as I imagined.

I hope you like it, maybe in the future I'll bring other characters, from this or another game.

3 years ago, while messing about, I had already drawn my skykid standing on giant water lilies as part of my fan concepts for Sky - so I was wondering for a while what I could do differently with this year's Skytober prompt.
I'm really happy to revisit the theme this year and make completely new art with the recently introduced lily pad umbrella! I had fun with painting day/night versions too :)

Got a bunch of vinyls a while back and finally got around to getting my mum to buy spray paint and actually have a paintable base layer and this was the first thing I’ve made. Overall very happy with how it came out dispute many struggles and mishaps, although I did accidentally snap an edge off earlier so after painting I connected it with some strong glue and gotta wait a couple days for it to fully set and try to paint over the now-more-visible crack

I just wanted to thank you everybody for emoting this. I know it's not some fine piece of art like you're all doing, I don't have any artistic talents, I'm just doing stuff to bring me some joy and if someone else likes it it makes me happy, same with my YouTube channel. I write this because I also shared this thing on Reddit, I was excited to share my OCs and I got downvoted. It might be nothing to a lot of people but it really broke my heart. The start is bare
The path is unclear
A light shines bright
And draws you towards it

As your hands cup around it
The light flows like water
It seeps into your skin,
And a feather sprouts on your back

When you start journeying on,
you gather more lights
Fanning the fire
Of your candle within

Upon your encounters
There are other such candles
Some who lost flame,
so you light them again

When the feathers have grown
And the bare is all gone
Your wings are grown in,
showing your time’s nearly come

The dead Eden ahead
Could drown any soul,
But with your winged light
It's sure to be possible

Your goal is not glory,
but to light other candles
To share that fiery wealth
And revive what was long gone

Although your own light
will cease once its done,
the new candles you lit
will burn bright like the sun

And finally at the end
You are free to fly,
No need for heavy wings
Simply orbiting in the sky

As the climb gets higher
And you take a look around
You are surrounded by other souls
Who were lost, but now found

And bright doors appear
Shining hope oh so bright,
