Yes exchange heart daily
Make your budget. Balance it with TS so you don't feel left out. Make sure has at least 100 cl for a ts just in case it's cheap
You will have another 70 for heart trade or so if you get a certain amount of candle everyday

Took me around a month to get valley iirc. They're my favorite simply because they're my first elder hair and it was my biggest achievement as a moth coming out of my moth phase then 4 months later I got all elder hair would've gotten them sooner if it weren't for the ts and events
