@indigo monolith here is some help. so the bird cape is ult. and the stuff what the season guide sells for the hearts. the other cape the coat looking one is only has the symbol because its in the season pass. but its not counts as a ult (the stuff with the little bird icon means its also needs the season pass for it)
in short the only ults in the game what the guide sells for heart

You can't, unfortunately. The name of this emote is "Cure for Me" and it was available only during Season of Aurora and last year's Aurora Homecoming. We don't know if it will ever return again
