the icon at the end is ascended candles, you get them from completing shard events sometimes or finishing the game, they're basically just used for spirits to unlock extra stuff like capes and outfits

Yes! The far left is candle count. Collecting wax fills up the guage. On the far right end is Ascended Candles. You can get Ascended Candles by freeing statues in Eden or destroying Red (Strong) Shards. Good luck!

hey there, sorry for the late response! to get to this place you have to go to the new area of this season and tap on the red spirit or season guide, (sit down to redo/do (assuming) you already finish the third quest) do the quest as normally and when you get to the part with (the spirit with moth hair and red bow, no need to bring the spirit to the circle sit pad) this is when you notice the sky changes color! from there, just fly up using the clouds as boosters or bring a friend. (hope this makes sense sense, if not i can surely take you)
