hello.... I'm here after crying for a bit. I started playing Sky from its release in July 2019, which was also the year I found out my dad had cancer. It was the worst year of my life, and for many months, I had played Sky a lot to have some space just to not think about things. It helped me a lot just to enjoy the scenery and ambiance. I would leave candle messages sometimes about how I felt or updates on my dad, just as a way of journaling and grieving. After my dad passed away, I took a long break and even abandoned my old accounts because it hurt too much then to think about that time in my life.

Just last year I started playing Sky on a new account. I've really enjoyed experiencing the new seasons and areas. I'm happy to say I'm doing really well now.

Today, I found out you could leave messages for your loved ones at the Days of Love boat area. So I wrote a note to my dad. Right after I posted it, a meteor shower started in the game. It was really pretty, and I started crying as I listened to the soft music. The timing of the falling stars were just right.

Thank you for making this game. 💜 I really, really appreciate it.
