No the dust gathers in an odd pattern and it doesn’t look anything like how Eden dust works.
When you first walk towards it, it moves outward and then inwards and continues to go inwards.
At first it looked like it was creating something But I stood there for awhile and nothing changed. It was the same pattern and noises.

Before you do the spirit, continue past that area to the pipe where you can enter the shipwreck area. Enter, and then go back through the tunnel, flying back towards the area. The krill will not be there anymore! I used this trick today, life saver :)
