Hello everybody!! Oop I seem to be amongst the first to wander in here

It's a wonderful pleasure to meet you all!! My Sky name is Lu or Mari :D I call my Skykid Corvyn though. I've been playing since Season of Dreams - but don't be fooled! When the Season of Lightmending just started around the month of January and I thought the cosmetics and items in the season were worth enough to win a Season Pass for a Sky friend of mine. I didn't know too much about Season Passes at the time and I automatically assumed that if I were to win it then I would give it to my Sky Friend. True to my word, the Season Pass got transferred to me and when I wanted to give it to my Sky Friend (I met them in game), the option to transfer it to her wasn't available. It broke my heart, since I wasnted to give it only to my friend. With the friend that I was going to gift it to, I just ended up giving her a heart (tell her what I was originally going to gift her) and then hung out with her afterwards since friendship doesn't amount to a Season Pass on any day. 🙂 We enjoy playing with one another more than the cosmetics that are in the game. Although I have some Season Pass items from Season of Lightmending (I'm really appreciative of the person who gave me the Season Pass (I'm forever blessed for the kindness of the individual), though I don't wear them much. Giving is one way to demonstrate kindness and I will always believe this. 🙂 Only my opinion and origin story of why I play. 💙

My current biggest sky project has been an original au, named Ethereal Star. It’s my take and twist on the world of sky, of which follows along the King’s story of how he came to power as a ruler along with adventures with his friends and the elders. I am a freehand sketch artist who prefers to draw in relative peace as a pastime. I'm also a fledgling worldbuilder & will use what is available to me in a virtual setting to create something unique to me personally.

The enviorment and the deeper lore allows me to draw parralels with my own experiences. I also tend to take inspiration from the virtual enviorment in sky. especially the Krills.

☁️ a fun fact about you or your sky Journey:

The idea for my Sky identity stems from personal experience. The name Krieger is an old German word for warrior, and reflects my constant struggle with the dark within (trauma). I do refer to myself as The child of dark who fights for the light for a reason.

I've also begun work on a little "side project" of mine as a way to pass the time before pt2 of the two Embers drops. What it will be... well, I'll show once my nest is finalized, and some lore to explain it is produced.

And one more fact about me: I was a whaler from the gaijin game Crossout who was harrassed and bullied constantly by its community, and initially came to sky as a way to give myself some space from the toxicity I had to face everyday there. Eventually, I mustered the courage to leave that abusive game, and thus condemn my very harrassers to rot as they should. I choose true freedom in the skies over being stuck in the Valley of the Damned, if you know what I mean?

Needless to say, the positivity of the sky community was something truly refreshing to me, and the moment I found the Prairie peaks, I was hooked on this game ever since.

BEEN A WHILE! I'm AllyMango, known as Peepaw by my grandkids (friends-- there's a meemaw but I digress) and the "Traveler." I've rose back from the dead in the age of Dreams and is surprisingly kicking to this day.

What inspires you the most: Capturing emotions and moments, challenges that make our bonds to be deeper and the friendships I cherish everyday. I love the social aestethic of the game and I'm hoping I can expand my appreciation with playing instruments and learn new songs!

Fun Fact about your Sky journey: I befriended my sky bestie when we were millions kilometers away and after the span of few years ,purely by accident, we are now only 2 hours away and we are planning to meet irl!!
