Here's what the Special Event of U68 should contain:
(The 1st photo is the car and condition requirements.)
(The 2nd photo is the tracks and game modes.)
(Everything else is up to Gameloft themselves with the expection of the must have rewards.)
All must have rewards
150: 2,000 tokens
200: 20 B-Class Direct Upgrades
284 (Stage 14 Unlock): Koenigsegg Raw
350: Koenigsegg CCXR
375: 24 Hour Tuning Kit
400: Class S Master Key
Stage 15 Leaderboard Top 5%: Koenigsegg One:1

Minus the resources given to pro the car in the event, 20x B Class Direct Upgrades for reaching 200 conditions, the car itself at 284 conditions, the One:1 for Top 1-5% rewards on Stage 15, and the Class S Master Key for 100% event completion (400/400 conditions), yes.

That's exactly what it is, Stages 1, 14 and 15 are the Raw.
