Yes. All avatars are available by real money in essence.
Every new selling by avatars, seasons pass and so on.
Now, it's by tokens and vouchers (who means real money in the end).
Avatars are old, not new. All of OG players has them all, we pay for that in the past. More of that, all avatars was for tokens and MP badges in the past. Easy to get by MP, one by one all time.

About your request for a spoiler, that car has no spoiler in real life, A8 reflect that without any others things. Old car anyway and I suppose he doesn't deserve attention to focuss about a spoiler 🤷🏻

It's all about a "stock" car meaning, nor a personal opinion from real life.

For example: If Bugatti Bolide in real life has one official color, that means that car will come in A8 like this without others color by default.

Same here. If that Lambo in real life is like it is without custom part by default, devs didn't made for that car extra to be "cool" or something. Also, need even a authorization from Lamborghini to add something extra to a car that doesn't really have anything like that in real life.
Money to spent for them for that, I suppose, because this company has a specific contract when we talk about cars, all items must be legal to create 100%, like a color, if that car don't have black color, devs can't create that 😁

as an example, im pretty sure that countach has a spoiler option in real life. also, you know that there is some sort of customizing in the game, like upgrades, decals, and colors. real life doesn't actually have such things by default either. spoilers aren't much different, all cars should have spoiler options that the manufacturer has made for that car before.

It's an option bro, not a default case. It's a difference.
Every item cost money in the end, Gameloft knows that, need to pay for customization if that car don't have it.

The goal of the game is to create what is in reality, after the factory gate exit, the original 1:1. Yes, there are cases where some cars are by default customizable because that manufacturer created it that way, the case of the Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo, body part. And others now in game, and Gameloft pay for that and created it here.

Same idea is for Ferrari Testarossa. Has one left mirror in game. like in real life. GAMELOFT can't add a mirror because 'is missing " 😂 same for that Lambo, factory default.

I have another example: Jesko Absolut has no spoiler in real life, same in the game, like has Jesko Attack.
Gameloft can add a spoiler for Absolut in game because will brake the rules between them and Koenigsegg. Just because "it's missing, or it's ugly" or whatever reason.

That's another story to be added. But I have doubt about Gameloft to revamp the contract with Lambo for an old car in this game just to add a spoiler - item who needs authorization from Lamborghini, copyright terms, money extended from Gameloft part, and definitely in game this item will become exclusive by money/offer's/ resurses/ or whatever, because they need to cover up the time spent for that. 1000% not to be free so ...

I wish also many things by tokens, Jesko has a gold and black color combo, Bolide has a black color, full.
Absolut has a black color (mate black) with red brake's colors (or dark orange). This can be added "by default" but.... I have doubt to be free, also 300+ SS has a version of blue strips than the orange one...
Many other things customizable.

It's difficult to apply that now, revamps the contracts and then will be in game by money or something in their profits so.... Better don't.

The Veyron 16.4 Grand sport was originally planned to have a spoiler it but was cut out and left in the files cuz of coding complications I think

Same went for the Veyron 16.4 Super Sport not even or almost a decade later
