No need to create another car with that. The Bugatti Chiron supersport is the based version of 300+ .
In this one from your image, is just a golden decal or a paint of that car to celebrate their achievements.

And now, I have another idea about. To add this color or decal by free for all Bugatti's in game, because this is it about. Just a new color, not a new car.
This color combo can fit very well to 300+, LVN, Bolide, Divo, Chiron and so on, by default in the main colours of cars. It will something cool to have it, special and a good gift from the devs for us 👌🏻

Oh, and more think. The golden era lineup it is also completed with a new car, the Bugatti Mistral. The simple or golden version. Apparently the only way Audi can get added again is if the team talks to them and makes an agreement

I'm also certain the Audi R8 e-tron SE has something to do with this

Totally agree. Never played it back in the day but gave it a try recently (downloaded it in my PS3) and it's really really great game. NFS Underground 2 was the one I used to play before and it's awesome as well. Not to mention the Burnout games and Midnight Club 3. They don't make games like these nowadays. Now everything is "pay, pay, buy, season passes" and stuff like that, instead of being able to earn things with actual gameplay.

A8 could've been like these games' equivalent of mobile racing games but all of us know what happened instead

The only Rinspeed car in A8 was the ZaZen, which Porche only let it slide by in terms of production while taking it out of some games due to the ZaZen being Porsche-based, which is why I excluded the Rinspeed Chopster from the suggestions list (as the Chopster is based on the Porsche Cayenne). Still, many of Rinspeed AG's other cars are not Porsche-based.

Handling - same as the normal Honda Civic Type R we have in game. Nitro 10 kmh. PRO rank: Acceleration. 1.73 (1.58). Top Speed - 357 kmh (368 kmh). Handling - same as other C class cars. Nitro - 39.7 (40.8). Overall the car should have good acceleration, good top speed, good nitro duration, and good handling and decent drifting. Hope this gets added.

For example: 2020 SSC Tuatara has real life top speed of 295.0 mph (474.8 km/h), adapted into the game as Rank 1864 with same raw top speed as its real life top speed and nitro speed of 19.3 km/h. You can see another example on the image I posted above
