Not coming up with hikari in raninbow writing

When i try and do python bot.py it come up with

ctrl d/z

Where do i put that?

press that on your keyboard

and then you'll be back to your normal shell

then you can run python bot.py

So i even press / that too

[jagged halo]

Ctrl+D or Ctrl+Z

try one of them

and then you will exit out of python shell
