Thanks for replying guys. I guess usps just hates me. I kind of wonder if it just got lost and they are blaming it on counterfeit postage.

I had the same issue and there a a couple posts in general-network of others that have had the same issue. I submitted a support request with Juniper and they replied;
"We sincerely apologize for the confusion this has caused. To clarify, USPS recently experienced a system issue that affected a batch of packages. Because of this, some tracking updates may incorrectly display messages such as 'seized due to counterfeit' or 'postage is owed.' We are glad to share that the USPS system has now returned to normal operation. Your orders are already being processed and will be delivered without further action required on your part. In the meantime, we will continue to closely monitor your order and also report this matter to our fulfillment partner for further review. We expect to provide you with an update within 2–3 business days."

I received an email this morning from Juniper and they are goring to make another batch of plushes for the affected shipments. No estimate on when they will ship yet.

Okay thanks for the update. I did get an email saying they needed to get ahold of the manufacturer in China. They said they couldn't at the moment though due to them being on holiday.
