i don't know if there's really much to reverse engineer. The only thing you have is voice data, message data and possibly negative filter data.
You don't have binaries, nor do you have any leaked prompts, nor do you even know how neuro is designed on a very high system level.
I think there's so little information that people just say 'good luck'

Reverse Engineering Neuro is basically creating a new AI, i cant say that you're allowed to copy her behavior, method of speech and her model, but everything else is just AI, theres no issue in that
