Neurocord Sticker Refresh Suggestions

Greeting neurocord. I am spearheading a project to replace a large amount o fthe neurocord's stickers. While I have no problems with basically any of them, many of them see little to next to no use. On top of that, nearly all stickers were created nearly two years ago by one person, and its just kinda time I think to showcase more of the artist community and their talents as the next generation of stickers for the server. So I am currently reaching out to artists right now who would be willing to help create new stickers. I need some help from you guys.

A) I would like to network with some artists who would be willing to help with this project, and I think making an active thread like this will draw more of them in so we can discuss stuff in a more open way with the community.

B) I want ideas FROM the community for ideas for stickers that absolutely see more use than 50% of the stickers currently available in the server.

Disclaimer: I expect this project to take months, so don't expect to see the whole roster of stickers to disappear immediately (even then, I have a document containing the statistics of sticker usage and we will be working backwards to not annoy people. This project will be done piecemeal and will be slowgoing has stickers slowly disappear. I will do my best to archive them for people who want to save them, so dont worry.

So theoretical starting list of 5 commissioned stickers are

Pat (headpat? Animated?)
Cookie (hands come out from below and hold a cookie in front of neuro, crumbs on face??)

I've been sketching ideas and having doubts on it so I could use some help/advice. Is this too straight on and symmetrical? Does it convey the right vibe? is it too many frames / too hard to read the action? Are things weirdly sized in frame? I was also thinking dropping the neutral pose and just having her go straight from the excited face to the windup for the next bounce might make it better.

i think the transition between the excited face and the neutral pose is a lil slow though, maybe?
