If you mean avoiding jagged edges, try making smooth, continuous strokes for a single-colored edge instead of erasing color blocks like you would with a pencil eraser. You can also extend the outline slightly when coloring and then refine the outer edges later by erasing

or before working on flat colors, you can sketch a draft with lines first. During the coloring phase, just make sure the outer edges don’t go beyond the draft outline. If you want to remove the draft later, you can change the layer style of the draft or simply merge the draft and the flat color layers after separating them

animation reminds me still of puppets kind of terms of torso and how hands work in relation

Neuro’s new model has an upper body silhouette that aligns more with an A-line shape. Probably because the lower body doesn’t appear often during streams, its silhouette doesn’t show any obvious trend

So when creating fanart, it might be a good idea to pay a bit more attention to the composition of the lower body or simply stick to drawing half-body illustrations

You're doing well overall, but the most important thing is the arm that's closer to us and the head/neck. The arm should be bigger plus the shoulder. Also, the neck is too thick, and with the head so far back it would look a bit different, but I turned the head a bit instead. And third, not that important but that's looks better, I turned the far arm back a little bit, and so the back is more visible. About the second art I have nothing to add. I hope I've helped a bit and keep grindin'!

1. since this suit looks very tight, both tension points will be very strong and folds wont be very deep, but folds will be from both sides, outer elbow folds will be color determined, inner - with lines
2. this seam(?) will be the guide to the 3d form of the folds, you can think it by yourself or with references
3. arms are basically cylinders, you can imagine the arm as cylinders overlapping which has some fabrics over them, folds will appear mostly on the edges

I have gotten quite good of making folding but it's so much intuition with "I just know" so it would be so hard to just teach to someone else... a lot of observation of existing art and seeing real clothing being weared to just have visual memory etc so it just "feels enough right"

If Evil is facing the left side of the canvas, then the left shoulder should be more forward and the right shoulder further back. Maybe the right shoulder might also need to be lowered a bit I think?

Thank you! and yeah i can see what you mean by the left and right shoulder since its especially more noticable when i flip it. but i dont think the right shoulder should be lowered i think

but i already coloured this art so ill post the current one on discord and fix it once i post it later on x (or maybe not, but ill keep this in mind for future stuff)
