Your shading looks pretty solid, actually. I will only suggest some minor changes that might help.
a) Remove the line defining the fat pad on the thumb side, implying it with shadows instead. It'll make it look softer, which may be more appropriate for the pose
b) adjust the shadow at the fat pad to follow the curve of it's contour. It'll give it a greater sense of volume.
c) Likewise, add a small "bump" of fat in the shadow of the pinky side.
d) extend the shadow of the thumb to overlay the nail.
e) Shade the individual fingers to give them form.

Nah, I'd not see that as a good comparison. Cuz tissue paper are very soft and frail, if you mess up by putting more weight on your pen or you go too fast, you rip it and you can't go back undo it.
