genuine advice... experiment by drawing... don't get caught too much to just looking at theory first... accept that initially results might not look so good but recognize that it's you who drew it and on personal level that's an improvement! ^^

Everyone does it their own way but I personally hate catgirls with both human and animal ears on show.

It's not too bad if the human ears are covered so it implies they don't exist without showing uncanny stuff to the viewer.

But if I were to do it, instead of putting the cat ears at the top of the head, I would do it a bit more to the side to be more anatomically consistent. Like so:

well, I was recently inspired by a photo of a beautiful dress and wanted to draw something similar. By default I draw neuro, but the dress is quite provocative I just cant't bring myself to do it. So I had to flip through a list of anime that I watched, remember my favorite characters and who I thought would fit. Then of course comes the problem of what style to draw in, maybe make a ball theme and so on. If I'm stuck at some stage and so can not decide what to draw, I put the idea for later, in case it hits me, and move on to another (or look at old ones)
