eheh im not super skilled in it, learnt a little bit after i learn cad. found it cool to make stuff in solidworks import in into blender and play around a little. i never really got like the hang of it tho. and thanks

from industrial drafting to blender, there's probably some transferable skills there

kinda but not really. cad uses mathematical geometries, like you make a cube and subtract from it whilst blender use wiremesh. they are really different from one another and the workflow is different as well since blender has a more rigid workflow whilst solidwords and many other cad programs have a timeline so you can go back and eddit features.

It would be very hard for me to do an anatomical critique here, because I know the goal is sex appeal(valid) and thigh gap is seen as sexy, so some anatomical exaggerations is the norm. Also our styles are pretty different. But assuming the pose has both feet planted on the ground, and the character has pretty thick thighs, I would assume one of the legs would slightly eclipse the other, with the weight being placed on the leg on the upward side of the hip. Also I tried to recreate the other pose, but can't really do it as it feels awkward to me, since the upper body is in a very open, confident pose, while the lower body is the opposite. The left leg is def too rotated for realistic proportions and appears more as a profile view. I also think the torso is not long enough. But also I'm no anatomy expert and just tried it out for fun. I need more practice lol. Your style is very satisfying to look at.

all the assets, like the background floor fire characters were drawn then imported as meshes in blender. then i arranged them and "built" the scene added lighting and shading on the flooring and fire.
