For the uninformed: Kineticists are powerful controllers of elements. Extremely sturdy and hardy people that control either 1 or 2 of elements ( Aether | Air | Earth | Fire | Light | Poison | Sound | Time | Viscera | Void | Water | Wood )
Though normally you will see a kineticist commanding a singular element, typically Fire, Water, Air, or Earth. They draw out this power from within them, so they arent really spellcasters, and they spend their own stamina to do so.

Think benders from Avatar, but they can also spontaneously also create their element.

the only type of art i did before was 3d modeling and some textureing

I mainly took art class as a way to learn normal drawing to get better at 3d

because i feel like i lacked the skill in 2d to bring what i want to into 3d

People pay good robux for accessories. If things like objects interest you, Commercial Art I (pending on how the class is taught) introduced me to technical design. I drew cars and buildings, with perspective, using rulers, circle stencils, and curve tools. breaking down objects to their shaped components.

Though Commercial art varies from school to school, it's either classic technical techniques, or modern (google art style).

I feel ya. I wanted to do 3d and animation, but my school didn't have the classes. Thankfully YouTube, amazon books, internet in general, has communities for this stuff.

Keep up with the 3D stuff. My work has people who started doing 3d stuff in school, then transitioned to CAD.

this day in age, it's portfolio, experience, and certs. Unless some place is looking for a degree specifically. The benefit of college (if it's decent) is the hands on experience. Some places will teach you how an industry works and projects are structured like a workplace.

GPA is a number that will be irrelevant as years go on. What you are able to do today, and your ambition of what you want to be tomorrow, will shape what you become. Psychics are the poster boys of and namesake of their school of magic. While all others types of casters have to gensticulate or say arcane words to make magic happen, Psychics cast directly from the mind! They have very unique spell list only other psychic casters get access to, most of which are about imposing your will upon others either in a controlling way or in a "I thrust my mind upon yours and this directly harms you" kind of way!

For those who are confused on why they have their own spell list that some other occult casters share, think of them as the wizards of their respective field.

I know they specialize in singling opponents out with challenges, and they are extremely well known for fighting via mounts, typically with pikes.
Think of them as mounted knights

Ranger essentially is the class that heavily specializes in things. Favored terrain to fight, specific types of enemies, certain weapons. They are good trackers, and despite what the name may lead you to believe, are very good with more than just a bow. At least, that's my understanding of the class.

They are quite literally Anti Paladins. They have essentially the opposite abilities a paladin does, and are specially kitted out to neutralize paladin abilities.

Ninja is much more stealth and combat focused that rogue. A lot of the utility of the rogue stripped out to maximize the non social aspects.

Its worth noting i often try copying poses I find online to help instill better habits with anatomy
I probably cant preform this well without a pose reference yet, but I'm working on it!

Ive gotten a lot better at hands and fingers, but I'm still terrible with arm and leg placement. Thats why I keep using more unorthodox poses when I'm picking out pose references

I need to feel out how limbs bend and how they should look relative to a body

You can try doing the proper scheming (idk the english word) they use in art schools, it takes a lot of time, but you can learn how proportions and anatomy works. The problem is when you try to focus on proper anatomy too much you might forget about composition which will make your art a lot less dynamic. (I had that problem for a long time, here is an example of the art I made with proper proportions but very static and flat composition)

Bloodragers are a hybrid class of Barbarian and Sorcerer.
Their official description is as follows:

You have to get fantastical when it comes to doing something that looks or sounds mundane, but it has a has a magical effect.

I don't know if it'll be helpful, but I wanted to give an advise.
When character is reaching out to the camera their hand should be more or less aligned with a shoulder, and when doing an extreme perspective like that it also helps to try and make the whole piece fisheye lense'ish

the fun part with foreshortening is most of the parts are hidden from perspective so you just have to exaggerate them a bit

especially if you have trouble drawing this one part of your drawing
