Some of us have started making a group canvas to write/draw some wholesome stuff on for neuro/vedal's anniversary. We're aiming to have this canvas packed full of references, doodles, kind words & signatures all before the upcoming subathon)

So i need all of us to come together and write something nice / sign your name / doodle on this canvas here. i want to see artists, clippers, programmers, chatters even lurkers leaving their mark so please don’t be shy, find yourself a nice spot and contribute!

Tutorial for first timers: To create your own layer on the canvas look at the screenshot in this message for the 'add layer' button (bottom right), once you are finished adding something to the canvas, rename your layer to 'finished' and someone with admin can merge your layer to the main layer.

Try to limit yourself to 1-3 layer(s) at a time cause there's a max limit and everyone will bottleneck if you make too many layers for yourself.

Please have fun and keep it wholesome as this is an anniversary gift from us!

I am not opposed to using PNGs if they share a memorable moment in history (like pixel canvas) or are very small. Otherwise, I am very opposed (example given here, it is very much not in a spirit of the canvas imo)

Accident / Clean up report (1)

The Accident (Black-coloured BG Reference): Due to some mishaps that occured when merging layers and an accident use of the spray tool a user accidentally spray painted the entire canvas black, panicked and rejoined the canvas multiple times to attempt to fix their mistakes which lead up to this art ended up being 'griefed' by accident, the name colour and vedal holding the rum looks scuffed.

The Clean up (white-coloured BG Reference): Using a backup version of the canvas as reference, The admins of the canvas cleaned up the art manually by recolouring the background to white and putting back words and emotes that was missing due to the mishap earlier. The Art should be 95% restored to it's original state before the mishap.

We apologise profusely for the mishap that occured and hopefully the restoration we did made justice for whoever owns this art piece in the canvas. I'm writing this report to document the mistakes that happened due to our faults and what we did to hopefully fix the mistakes. Sorry once again for whoever was affected by this incident, We will try our best to not repeat such mistakes in the future.

I made the same mistake. Magma is not mobile friendly. What I did was change the opacity to 0%, change to simple mode with the gear by the color wheel, and then delete my layer by pressing on it then clicking the trash can. The 0% opacity doesn't matter if you can do steps 2 and 3.

Also, it looks like someone did it for you already.

I tried do my piece right now, but did a blue streak like etheira so deleted it. I'll make my layer when I have time to get my laptop out.
