Honestly, this ARG is pretty bad. The stuff hidden in the images was super fun, but the encryptes messages are not. Its obvious the base64 strings are encrypted in some way, but we don't even know for sure which encryption algorithm was used (if any). The Fibonacci sequence is overlaid over multiple instructions, you don't even know when exactly you need to use the Fibonacci sequence.
The ARG would be interesting if we knew exactly where to decode it. The way is right now we try a lot of different stuff but can't even be sure if our answer is correct or incorrect because we might have used the correct key on the wrong encryption type. Yesterday the numbers 2 video came out, but it has the same problem.
Some clarification on how we are supposed to decode it would be great, the way it is now is just frustrating.

I think our (and my) approach to the ARG is a bit faulty in a way that I expect to be able to solve everything with the current clues - maybe it is possible but I think future clues we get will help us catch up and figure out more in better ways. Something something patience is key

Maybe "17 is first" and "start at 2" is somehow a reference to fibonacci usually being coded with recursion.
although it is kind of a big reach with the "start at 2" part
