Both the live chat and neurotic neurons begged me to submit this. This was inspired by Vedal's PFP contest on Twitter, and how, despite the winner breaking the rules, they were still chosen. Since I'm not yet skilled at drawing, I created this in Photoshop. I feel like a maid dressed like this, with hearts and bows, would suit Evil very well. I also like the heart locket name tag. If this were to be created by an actual artist, I would propose ripping the bows and adding cracks to the hearts. And for a replacement of the hands-up toggle, it would be her holding a tray, onto which you could place various props. I'd also change the shoes to match the outfit if I could. It would be cool if Neuro had a matching uniform, too, someday.

Me and my sisters entry. I did the planning she drew. We did the marching band captain idea over Evils love of music and being front and centre. She has not only the baton but the triangle to to show her loving the attention and wanting to do more then just one role along with incorporating a lot of her most notable traits into the design such as the tungsten cubes the the triangle beater pipe and finally the harpoon baton.
Most of all we wanted to keep it simple and vtuber friendly while sticking to her character. Our hope being to incorporate her traits as seamlessly as possible and show a potentially lighter side of evil over punk and goth.

A Costume Design for “Devil” Evil【Artist:威C山雁安歌】
All annotations are provided in three languages, namely Chinese, English and Japanese.
The design features two forms: a normal form and an inferno(Feel like being angry) form.
In the normal form, the costume and trident use a more restrained, standard color palette. When switching to the inferno form, the hemline and trident are engulfed in flame effects, and the overall color scheme shifts toward fiery tones.
Halo will react to Evil's emotion. When angry, the halo will gradually be filled with flowing flame effect. Once the halo is fully filled with flame effect, Evil's trident and costume will turn into inferno form. Similarly while being calm.
The trident’s ribbon was designed to be extendable and retractable. Initially, this was purely for visual flair when throwing the weapon. Later, I developed the idea further: before throwing the trident, the ribbon can be tied to the arm, extending during the throw. After hitting the target, the ribbon contracts, allowing the trident to be retrieved back into the hand.

I liked the idea of imagining many concepts behind the outfit, so I clarify them:
- It is the same design, it is simply an alternative version in which only some colors change due to a power awakening.
- The demon pets have no names, and I considered them like servants. They can have it if desired.
