A sketch book with thick rough paper is so nice, it makes shading with fineliners easy and I can draw on both sides of each page

Yeah it really does! I usually use a thicker type of paper bc of how rough I get when I try to shade. When I try doing that with thinner pieces of paper I just rip the paper little by little

I like the rough paper because with light pressure my pen only touches the high points and leaves a very light line, with more pressure the ink reaches deeper and leaves a darker line. Very nice for line variation

That looks anatomically right to me, if you want to keep the right leg the other way the pelvis would need to be rotated the other way. You'll see what I mean if you sit on the floor and put your legs in the positions

i like the pose a lot, my suggestion is just this way, instead of the making the leg look like it's coming from the middle

but also the other leg fixing so it wont look weird from that angle

nice... smoothing / stabilization is handy in a case you aren't using one... with pen being slippery and stuff compared to mouse... helps with stuff like lineart a lot

I don’t use ink very much. I tend to do a lot of erasing because and a perfectionist, so I’m scared of making mistakes with it.

I used to be like that and started using ink to learn not to redo things over and over, and I think it's one of the best choices I have made. Drawing is more fun when I can't overthink everything

It probably also helps to create your own style when you don’t redo stuff and force to do things the way you’re comfortable with.
