maybe try using reference if you had hard time drawing hair, learning form observation, you can also learn form other artist to see how they simplify the hair, usually they use big shape to create form, in your case your using to much small shape but haven't create any form for the hair yet

people often talk about how certain tags would give results but it also works for words in your posts... having words like "catgirl" XD when they are more likely to see your post in their home feed if algorithm thinks they like posts containing that word... also if someone searches word "catgirl" for example it detects both hasthtag and non-hashtag versions and sorts them

also yeah popular tags like heartheartart and many other vtuber tags are quite good for visibility... also if vtuber tends to like art about them and retweet then that usually also has quite an impact

yeah it can take some photography to get a good shot of such drawings and... professional cameras are still being developed and sold due phone cameras while quite good nowadays aren't replacement for really professional photography
