This is a standard procedure for game jams in general. Only participants can rate games during voting phase and participants cannot leave vote in theirs game.

- you can check games in the "Submissions" tab
- after jam there is a voting period (in this case it ends in 1 day and 6 hours)

- after voting period everyone will be able to see final voting results (for example you will be able to see which games got the best audio score)
If you didn't submit the game you cannot rate games (with stars) but you can still play games and leave comments.

oftentimes people are simply scared of speedier notes in rhythm games but it also makes them perform better
but i guess im colourblind since i can barely tell apart the orange and the green in that screenshot

Short summary, here our protagonist creates a civilization, hand-crafting the ground and the skies, the animals and the people living there, down to the level of atoms and electrons, and fits all this in a "not too large box". This is a present for a cruel, disposed tyrant, who can now fine tune the people's behavior with various knobs and sliders to his pleasure. Upon returning home, the two Constructor robots argue whether there's worth of life, capable of emotions, in a model of reality, perfect to the point where the only difference is the outside knowledge of creation. They return to the planet in a hurry, only to find (spoilers) ||that the people escaped the box, colonized the tiny planet, and on orbit now circles the tyrant's head.||
