Regarding Hiyori with red eyes: that is where I vehemently disagree. That wasn't Evil, just Neuro that is evil. This is why I take umbrage with her birthday being the 25th March, because the idea of Evil Neuro as it's own entity was not concieved at this point.

For all I care, there is no Evil without V2, which is why this couldn't have been considered Evil.
